Stefanie St-Clement only wants the best that life can give. Aspiring to fellow in her mother’s footsteps to become a surgeon , so far everything as gone to plan  graduating top of her class back home in Bridgeport.The next step being applying for her dream fellowship only a few lucky sim’s being taken on each year  if she is in with any chance of getting a placement it is important she gains experience working with people moving to Appaloosa Plains to do GP work . Only Wanting to get on with her work hoping to avoid any romances still recovering from a break up with her high school boyfriend Clay.
